3 exercises to relax

I'm not teaching you anything, flexibility is essential in classical dance to be able to execute many movements, but it also allows you to gain in grace and fluidity.

It is important to be supple, but you should not work on your flexibility to the detriment of your muscles. It is necessary to find the right balance between flexibility and tonicity...

Some people are fortunate enough to have natural flexibility, which is a real advantage. But don't panic, flexibility is something you have to work on !!!
With regular exercise, it is possible to improve your flexibility in an impressive way.

I will therefore present you 5 types of stretching to improve yourself and become a real chewing gum!!!

Legs straight:

This exercise stretches the legs and is very effective, by doing it almost regularly you will see that it becomes easier and easier.
Position yourself as shown in the illustration above. And get down as much as possible, trying to touch your knees with your nose.

The great facial deviation:

The famous facial stretch, there it is. It may seem difficult and painful but it is important to practice it in stages. At first I just advise you to place yourself as shown in the illustration above. Then as you do so, place your arms forward and move down trying to touch the ground with your belly. Of course you won't reach this result in 1 day. It is a matter of time. With assiduity you will get there.

The arch:

This stretch will allow you to relax your back.  Position yourself as shown above. Be careful not to dig your back too deep but to stretch it out lengthwise.

It is necessary during these 5 exercises to breathe well with slow inhalations and exhalations. I advise you to accentuate your stretching during exhalation and to relax during inhalation. And don't forget to drink well every day to keep your muscles in good shape...
